Child Abuse is a common problem worldwide that affects any child no matter the sexes, races or ages. There exist different ways for child be mistreated.
- The Physical Abuse which is the most seen, this is when someone causes physical harm or illness in the child.
- Physical Neglect is when any basic physical needs are not given adequately to the child, this may not look as bad as the physical one but is even worst.
- The sexual abuse is the most insane one, and it involves any type of sexual pleasure with a child by any adult this can be by physical contact or not, there is also the use of verbal seduction.
- The emotional abuse is when someone causes deterioration in the emotional development, this may include rejections, humiliations, isolation, threats or others.
- The Emotional Neglect is the situation in which the child receives no affection, stimulation, support and protection needed in every stage of its evolution and inhibits its optimal development.
- The Institutional Abuse is any law, procedure, action or omission from public authorities or derived by the individual performance of the professional who behave abuse, neglect, detrimental to the health, safety, the emotional, physical, the proper maturation or violates the basic rights of children and / or childhood.
